This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on https://cellastin.com, operated by Carré d’as LLC under the brand Cellastin.
1. Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- New Zealand
If your country is not listed at checkout, we may not currently ship there.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, promotional events, or in cases of stock limitations.
Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 15 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

8. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@cellastin.com.
We will review the tracking information and may investigate with the carrier.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
9. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:
- Your mailbox
- Your front door or porch
- Your building reception
- Your neighbors
- Other household members
- Your local carrier or postal office
We are not responsible for packages stolen or misplaced after confirmed delivery, unless required by applicable law.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cellastin.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping label
We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution where applicable.
11. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to local import restrictions depending on your country.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally allowed to import and use the product in your country or region.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, refused, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local import restrictions.
