This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://cellastin.com, operated by Carré d’as LLC under the brand Cellastin.

1. Returns
To be eligible for a return, your product must usually be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement products are generally not eligible for return unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless required by applicable consumer law.
2. How to Request a Return

- The reason for your return request
- Photos if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping Costs

6. Lost Packages

We will investigate with the carrier and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
If tracking shows that the package was delivered, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, building reception, or household members.
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, unless required by applicable law.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to wait for delivery and request a return, subject to this Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
9. UK Customers — Right to Cancel
If you are located in the United Kingdom, you may have the legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions.
For sealed health, hygiene, or supplement products, the right to cancel may not apply once the product has been opened or unsealed, where permitted by law.
This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
